1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Mini Us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. Mini Us is not intended for children under 13.
2. Your account
You may sign in using supported Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
3. Minis and AI-generated content
Mini Us lets you submit photos, descriptions, and optional reference images to create AI-generated Minis, moods, and variants. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or different from the submitted material. We do not guarantee a particular likeness or result.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Codesharks a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Mini Us. You represent that you have permission to use every photo and reference you submit.
4. Partner connections and Moments
When you connect with a partner, each of you can send Moments and may receive widget updates and notifications. Only connect with someone you trust. Removing a partner ends future sharing but may leave existing Moments visible in account history as described in the app.
You are responsible for messages and media you share. Do not send unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or non-consensual content.
5. Pro plans, credits, and payments
- Mini Us Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple, Google, or another displayed store provider.
- Plan credits reset at the end of each billing period, expire when that period ends, and do not roll over.
- Add-on credits do not expire, are consumed after plan credits, and can be used only while an eligible Pro plan is active.
- A plan may cover a connected partner. Shared access and shared plan credits can end when the connection ends. If both partners have plans, each subscription remains associated with its purchaser.
- Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the rules shown by the applicable app store. Deleting a Mini Us account does not cancel a store subscription.
We may correct credit balances affected by refunds, chargebacks, duplicate grants, fraud, or technical errors.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Mini Us, interfere with its operation, access another user's account, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.
7. Service changes
Features, plans, generation models, credit allowances, and availability may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access consistent with applicable law and store requirements.
8. Account deletion
You may request deletion in the app. Account deletion disconnects partners and makes account data unavailable through Mini Us. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Mini Us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of generated content, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codesharks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
