1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Mini Us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community & Safety Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. Mini Us is not intended for children under 13.
2. Your account
You may sign in using supported Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
3. Minis, photos, and AI-generated content
Mini Us lets you submit photos, descriptions, and optional reference images to create AI-generated Minis, moods, and variants. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or different from the submitted material. We do not guarantee a particular likeness or result.
You retain your rights in content you submit. While the content remains in your account, you grant Codesharks a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Mini Us. This license ends when the content or account is deleted, except to the limited extent required by law.
You must have permission to upload and process every person's photo you submit. Do not upload a person's photo, likeness, or private information without their authorization.
4. A private connection for two
Mini Us is a private one-partner service. It has no public directory, public posts, random pairing, open inbox, or anonymous chat. A connection begins only after two people deliberately use a temporary pairing code.
Once connected, each partner can send Moments and replies and may receive widget updates and notifications. Only connect with someone you trust. Disconnecting ends future sharing through that connection unless both users deliberately pair again.
5. Pro plans, credits, and payments
- Mini Us Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple, Google, or another displayed store provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal.
- Plan credits reset at the end of each billing period, expire when that period ends, and do not roll over.
- Add-on credits do not expire, are consumed after plan credits, and can be purchased or used only while an eligible Pro plan is active.
- A plan may cover a connected partner. Shared access and shared plan credits can end when the connection ends. If both partners have plans, each subscription remains associated with its purchaser.
- Prices and taxes are shown by the store. Cancellations and refund eligibility are handled under the applicable App Store or Google Play rules. Deleting a Mini Us account does not cancel a store subscription.
We may correct credit balances affected by refunds, chargebacks, duplicate grants, fraud, or technical errors.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use a photo, prompt, Mini, Moment, or reply to create, request, or share:
- child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving a minor;
- intimate or sexual imagery created or shared without the depicted person's consent;
- credible threats, encouragement of violence, or content intended to facilitate self-harm or harm to another person;
- hateful, degrading, harassing, stalking, or bullying content;
- impersonation, fraud, deception, or manipulated content presented to cause harm;
- another person's photo, likeness, private information, or copyrighted material without permission; or
- content that is unlawful or violates another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
You also may not interfere with Mini Us, access another user's account, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.
7. Reports and partner controls
A recipient can report and hide a received Moment using the in-app report control. A user can disconnect a partner to block future sharing through that private connection. Available in-app controls may also let a user remove a Moment from their own history.
We may review reported content and take action needed to protect users or enforce these Terms and the Community & Safety Guidelines. Limited safety and moderation evidence may be retained where legitimately required, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may ask about or appeal a moderation decision at contact@codesharks.store.
8. Service changes
Features, plans, generation models, credit allowances, and availability may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access consistent with applicable law and store requirements.
9. Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account and its associated personal information and content through Settings in the app. If you have an active partner, the deletion flow disconnects that partnership as part of deletion; you do not need to visit Partner settings first or separately reauthenticate with Apple or Google. Deleting the Mini Us account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. The deletion process, external email option, and data it removes are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Mini Us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of generated content, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codesharks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
